For non-continental USA, and Foreign countries each item will be charged $5.00 for shipping, handling, insurance and packaging . If requested, alternate arrangements may be made for shipping by Federal Express or United Parcel Service or for services such as 1-day, 2-day, etc. Additional charges apply. Sales tax is applicable only if you are a resident of Maryland. Orders are within 3 business days. Purchases are shipped only to the billing address on the card unless otherwise pre-arranged. Your satisfaction is very important. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, items will be accepted for merchandise credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition. To return an item, please notify us of your return via email and ship item insured for the total amount of the item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. For health and sanitation concerns, pierced earrings cannot be returned. Custom and Special Orders Some items can be adjusted for a better fit. Specific necklaces, bracelets and anklets can be lengthened or shortened for a small adjustment fee. I will make an effort to accommodate special requests, however, custom made orders are not returnable.
